Maria is a development planner with over 22 years experience in private practice and local authorities.
Prior to setting up the practice in 2010, she worked as a planning consultant at Tamworth Borough Council, Leicester City Council, Lichfield District Council, Torridge District Council and was a partner in GM Planning Services.
When not consulting on planning applications, Maria likes nothing more than walking the dogs on the beach.
Helen is a town planner with over 15 years experience in the public and private sectors. Her initial planning experience was gained during 9 years at Drivers Jonas (now Deloitte) where she advised on residential, commercial, retail, industrial and public sector projects. Notable clients included the Olympic Delivery Authority, Crossrail and Royal Mail.
After leaving London, Helen worked for North Devon and Torridge District Councils before joining Maria Bailey Planning in 2016.
When she's not thinking about new developments, Helen enjoys spending time with her three young children and playing the occasional match of tennis.

Alex joined Maria Bailey Planning in 2015. She graduated from the University of the West of England in Building Surveying in 2013.
She brings with her 3 years of work as a building surveyor in private practice, where her primary responsibilities consisted of design and inspection work. She is working towards chartered memberships of the RICS.
When not drawing, Alex takes part in local showjumping events, walking her dogs and helping her husband on the farm.

amy littlejohns MA bA(hons)
Amy is a planning consultant who has recently completed her Masters of Arts in Town Planning, specialising in urban regeneration at London South Bank University. Previous to this, she graduated from the University of the West of England in Property Development and Planning BA (Hons).
Since joining Maria Bailey Planning on a part time basis in 2014, Amy has become a full time member of the team and is working towards her RTPI membership.
In her spare time, Amy enjoys travelling and exercise classes such as Beat Bounce and Boot Camp.
Jo is the Administrative Co-ordinator for Maria Bailey Planning. She has worked in administration and financial management for over 25 years, in both the private and public sectors.
